Michael Ramirez began building CosmicGen in 2022, spending two pre-revenue years shaping the vision before officially launching the company and stepping in as its Chief Executive Officer in August 2024. CosmicGen is a Texas-based critical infrastructure company building both the software and the hardware that keep essential systems running. Mr. Ramirez's path into technology started in the late 2000s building computers on the side and selling infrastructure software. Mr. Ramirez spent the last 15 years focused on building a powerful network of relationships with specialized industry leaders, embedding himself in their businesses to solve their toughest infrastructure and go-to-market challenges. Mr. Ramirez's focus has always been on where systems and infrastructure are headed next — not just where they stand today. That focus led to Gravity Dynamics, a CosmicGen software: a reimagining of how the systems that control infrastructure could work beyond just the cloud. Once that stack had been rigorously tested, the mission continued to expand — to design and build a more decentralized, controllable, and, above all, secure ground infrastructure for businesses of every size, from small operations to global enterprises. In 2025, CosmicGen Infrastructure Expansion Systems, “CGiX” planted its flag in Texas. Mr. Ramirez serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CGiX Facilities, bringing that ground-level infrastructure directly to businesses wherever they've put down roots. Across all the CosmicGen Companies the mission is the same: take the most advanced infrastructure to businesses of every size. As Founder and CEO of CosmicGen, Mr. Ramirez sets that strategic direction and builds the leadership team to carry it out across global markets.
Mr. Ramirez holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, a Certificate of Business from McCombs School of Business and a Minor in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
For more than three decades, Bala Arumugam has stood at the forefront of technology and business transformation — building, scaling, and modernizing the infrastructure that powers entire organizations. Early in his career, Bala took on one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the public sector: building the entire cloud infrastructure for the State of Texas from the ground up.
From there, Bala rose into the C-suite, serving as Chief Technology Officer at both CBANC and RealMassive, where he led sweeping digital transformation initiatives across product innovation and data analytics and built engineering organizations designed to execute at speed.
As Chief Technology Officer of CosmicGen, Bala now channels three decades of infrastructure and transformation expertise into leading the company's technology strategy — spearheading a high-performing global engineering team built to scale CosmicGen's platform for what's next.
Alex Ng began his career in public accounting at a Big Four firm, where he built a strong foundation in accounting and finance. His experience spans FP&A, financial modeling, M&A, capital allocation, and strategic finance, with a focus on the development, financing, and execution of energy projects and investments. Over the course of his career, Alex has led and supported finance and M&A transactions representing more than $5B across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
Alongside his broader work in finance and energy, Alex serves as Chief Financial Officer of CosmicGen, where he leads financial strategy, capital planning, and financial operations as the company scales its AI infrastructure platform and expands into new markets.
Alex holds a master's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Corporate FP&A Professional.
Marek Slugocki has spent 40 years at the leading edge of business application development and technological innovation — a career spanning nearly every era of enterprise computing. He built his foundation navigating complex corporate environments from the age of mainframe systems through the rise of distributed networks, giving him a rare, hard-won perspective on how technology platforms are built to last.
As Chief Product Officer of CosmicGen, Marek draws on four decades of technical range and business acumen to lead product strategy and innovation, guiding the development of scalable, enterprise-ready solutions built for the long run.

Before that, Zachary spent eight years in the U.S. military, attached to different special operations units — an experience that forged a leadership philosophy built on disciplined execution, strategic planning, adaptability, accountability, and effective decision-making in complex, high-consequence environments.
As Chief Operating Officer of CosmicGen, Zachary applies this broad operational background to developing scalable organizations, solving complex business and operational challenges, aligning people and resources, and translating strategic objectives into measurable results.
With over 30 years of experience, Rob Taylor has built a reputation as a legal and technology industry thought leader, developing deep expertise in generative AI, Agentic AI, technology development, licensing, risk, and compliance. Over the course of his career, Rob has guided organizations ranging from disruptive startups to global Fortune 500 companies — companies that have collectively invested over $1 billion in developing and deploying hundreds of AI solutions across every industry vertical. His expertise spans the full AI ecosystem, from AI at the edge and private AI to AI-powered PC chips and AI data center development.
